Auxiliary heater
The additional heater heats the water to the set temperature faster and maintains the temperature even in the coldest temperatures.
For higher latitudes, or if the location is at all windy, we always recommend choosing a factory fitted 3kW booster heater for your pool.
ControlMySpa remote control
ControlMySpa remote pool control is designed for greater flexibility and ease of use.
The app allows you to be connected to your spa via your mobile device, wherever you are.
You can control the temperature, schedule, manage lights and receive notifications, among other things.
Two-piece paneling
Recessed panelling is an absolute choice when the hot tub is to be embedded in the terrace 40cm.
With this paneling, the hot tub can be sunk into a terrace without separate maintenance hatches built into the terrace.
The sink paneling can be placed at most 40 cm from the bottom of the hot tub to the top of the terrace.
However, please note that you need to leave at least 50 cm of space by each straight wall of the hot tub to allow for enough room for
maintenance.
The spa is a long-lasting investment and can also be relocated. Even if you don’t sink the pool immediately, recessed panelling allows you to do so at a later date.
Two piece paneling panelling is neat and unobtrusive. There is no visual difference between recessed panelling and normal panelling.
Audio
Flush-mounted vibration speakers installed inside the hot tub, attached to the shell, transform the entire hot tub structure and the water into one large speaker. The resonant subwoofers produce a high quality sound that is pleasant to listen to while enjoying the warmth of the spa. The speakers work with bluetooth. Power 2 x 15W/4Ω

Home delivery prices
The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.
Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.
The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.
Collection of goods
When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.
When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.
Returning the goods
We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.
If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take following steps:
1. Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.
2. Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.
3. If there is a violation, please, inform us via email [email protected]
NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.
When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
